Traing today was at mac ritchie. The whole place was infested with MONKEYS!! For training we did a 4.8km run.i was the last to finish because of the same old problem!! Before that we each have a pack of POWERGEL.It tasted better than before.Itarget to complete the next run in 22'30mins.
